Chronicle: County Library At Sienna Plantation Hits A Snag--

A project for a new library in the Sienna Plantation area hit a road bump Tuesday as Fort Bend County officials decided not to approve construction documents until the Houston Community College System agrees to pitch in more for the joint venture.
